30-day money back policy

Once the product is returned under our 30-Day Money Back policy, the refund will be credited to your bank account.
For all prepaid orders, the amount will be credited to the payment source (Credit Card/Debit Card /Net Banking).

Will I have to pay for shipping the product back to you?

How do I return the product to Jempore within 30 days?

Call our customer care team and you will be given a Return Authorization Code, once you let us know the item you would like to return along with your Order No.
We will courier you a Jempore tamper proof package with the Return Authorization code, your Name and address on the outside return area and a unique serial number pre-printed.
Secure your jewellery with the original packing materials and certificate in the tamper proof package provided by Jempore. Note that once the package is sealed, it cannot be opened unless destroyed.
Once your package is ready, just call our customer care team and we will send a courier to pick it up from you.
Once your returned item is received by Jempore, your refund or new item will be processed shortly.

Lifetime exchanges & buy back policy

We offer a Lifetime Exchange & Buy-Back Policy on all purchases made from Jempore, within India. The product along with the original product certificate, can be returned or exchanged basis its current market value, with deductions towards making charges. Loss of the original product certificate would result in a deduction of INR 500. Lifetime exchange offer is for purchases made within India.
This means your product’s current value of metal, diamonds and coloured stones, will be determined based on product specifications and the current price listed on our website.

Lifetime exchange

The value of the exchanged product after deductions towards making charges and discounts will be credited to your Jempore account. This remains valid for 90 days and can be used to purchase anything on our website. The value cannot be encashed.
